Narrabri Industrial Network Inc warmly welcome the announcement of the Narrabri Gas Project IPC Hearings and look forward to providing feedback and support of the project on behalf of our members.
President, Justin Smith said it was reaffirming the potential knew existed in this project and for Narrabri and we are delighted to hear the NSW Government supports the Santos Narrabri Gas Project.
“NSW and Australia needs this type of diversification to boost the economy and regional areas. Over the last 3 years they have experienced crippling drought, and now many facing the crippling impacts of COVID-19, this type of project cannot commence quick enough in our view.”

Commissioners Steve O’Connor (Panel Chair), John Hann and Professor Snow Barlow have been appointed to determine the application for the Narrabri Gas Project.
Five days of public hearings will take place from Monday 20 July 2020 to Friday 24 July 2020, commencing at 9.30am AEST daily.
The Commission will accept written comments on the Narrabri Gas Project up to seven days after the hearing via email, post or the online portal: www.ipcn.nsw.gov.au/have-your-say.
